These modular constructions combine functionality, efficiency, and strength. The prefabricated wall systems provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, enabling the rapid completion of a large number of units. In total, 76 homes of 80 m² were built in 6 months, and 9 family houses of 160 m² in 3 months, for a combined area of 7,500 m². The first 56 homes were completed in the city of Zhytomyr, with the remaining 20 homes and 9 Family Houses constructed in the city of Chernivtsi, in the surrounding Oblast.
