Finishing Levels

From shell to turnkey

Customize the level of completion of your wooden house according to your budget and project requirements. Campigli S.p.A. offers three distinct levels to ensure maximum flexibility and control at every stage of the work.

Structural Frame

Construction of the main wooden structure using X-Lam, Platform Frame, or Post & Beam technology (beams and columns). Includes the raw building envelope, internal structural walls, and the roof structure.

02.

External Finishes (advanced shell stage)

Installation of external insulation with thermal cladding, windows and doors, and the full roofing package including tiles. Every element is custom-selected to match the chosen architectural style and the client’s preferences.

03.

Turnkey

Supply and installation of all interior finishes, drywall partitions, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, mechanical ventilation, and renewable energy systems. The ideal solution for complete, ready-to-live delivery (“turnkey”).
